the staff were excellent, i just loved them. the breakfast, oh the breakfast, it was lovely with lots of choice i saw. the pool area also had plenty of sunbeds and space, so i never felt crowded. the bathrooms in the room were really nice and modern, it was so cool.
the noise was not great, it came from other guests and kept me up. they sounded like they had no consideration for others at all. the appartment had bad ants, i found them crawling everywhere. i think thats the reason i had a kitchen, but no cutlery to eat.

the hotel has a fabulous location and my room offered a fantastic view. the breakfast was great, and the pool area was clean with many beds. the staff are warm, cute, and they will sort things out . the one-bedroom apartments are spacious and well equipped.
the apartment had old furnishings, and the towels felt thin, almost see-through.

The staff was polite and helpful, promptly answering all my questions. I especially appreciated Ruben and Natalia's commitment to hospitality. The provided shuttle bus service to the golf courses was great and very convenient. The breakfast was great (especially the pancakes!).
