i loved that my beautiful double room was super clean. it included modern amenities. the location is super convenient for visiting key attractions. it's also near the tram station which makes getting around easy.
The lift had a brief maintenance issue one afternoon. it was resolved quickly.

the staff was friendly and helpful they provided excellent service i really appreciated that the room was spacious and clean it had a perfect blend of comfort and luxury the bed was comfy with high-quality linens and amenities provided the hotel's location is great with easy access to major attractions and shops i really enjoyed it
i found the area a bit off-putting it felt a bit scary to walk around at night perhaps staying closer to galata would be better for those who prefer walking and exploring the area by night i think it is important to consider.

there are many options to buy great turkish delights from the shop (tado) nearby it is convenient and so delicious i loved tasting all sorts of different flavours there.

missing key ringunchanged towels
the key DID not have a key ring. it was a hassle getting it back every evening. the night porter suggested i keep it with me, risky. also, the towels were never changed during my four-night stay.

my stay was great the location is excellent i walked to the blue mosque and hagia sophia easily my room had a comfortable bed and a modern bathroom i appreciated the daily cleaning service the room looked great every time i returned from exploring.
the street outside got a little noisy early in the morning but it wasn't too bad

the staff was very responsive they assisted with luggage storage upon arrival and departure staff members provided helpful directions to nearby attractions the front desk managed taxi bookings with efficiency and professionalism always on time.

the breakfast buffet includes a variety of fresh fruits pastries and local cheeses they serve freshly brewed coffee and tea each morning the dining area is clean and well-kept staff replenishes items frequently it is quite nice.

I found the location quite convenient. It was a short walk to the Grand Bazaar. The room was cleaned on a daily basis. I also appreciated the complimentary coffee, tea, and water.
The air conditioning was not very effective. I set it to 16°, but the room temperature barely changed. The noise made it difficult to sleep.

A Wonderful Experience in the City Center

My visit was really good. The staff greeted me with such warmth and professionalism! Check-in was smooth. The room was beautifully designed and super clean, including a great bathroom. I found the bed comfortable. I slept so well each night.
The electricity went out temporarily due to a municipal issue, which affected the AC and WiFi for a brief time. This situation caused a slight inconvenience, but it was promptly addressed.

The hotel has a very central setting. Mini-markets, bakeries, cafes and restaurants are really close to the hotel. I also appreciated the proximity to the main street. It made exploring simple.

the cleaning service was really good. fresh towels was every day. the staff was friendly, especially ciya and sefa. they were always helpful and very attentive (i liked their warm welcome).
the air conditioning did not work well . i turned it down, but it made no difference.
