I appreciated the modern design throughout the hotel. It presented a fresh aesthetic. The access to a private cove with sunbeds was also very convenient. It made swimming very accessible. The room had effective air conditioning. A recently renovated building provides updated facilities.
The windows only open slightly. The full scenic views are therefore partly obstructed.

An okay Experience

The hotel's location is great and so is the staff. The view from the hotel is very good. I also enjoyed the renovated kids-free environment and excellent facilities.
The air conditioning system was strange and I couldn't control the temperature. The bathroom floors were also slippery. The furniture in the room was poor, the light basic and the command controls needed improvement. I also noted there was no air conditioning in the lobby. It was kind of dead in the evening.

unfriendly instructorlacking entertainment
the gym was small and uninviting. loud rap music played. an unfriendly instructor was present and did not speak english.. this made the environment uncomfortable, especially for women. additionally, there was no evening entertainment. the hotel missed an opportunity to provide a pianist or singer.

i liked the deck access to the water. breakfast choices were very good. staff at the front desk were also very helpful. I thought that it was a good team of staffs.
the room cleaning service was just ok, nothing got refilled unless you insisted. the air conditioning got turned off minutes after you left the room so it was always hot. Rooms Weren't sound proof, you could hear conversations next door.

The location is excellent and close to the airport. The hotel features a private beach with elevator access. I found the breakfast buffet excellent with many choices. The hotel was very clean and well maintained.
I found the walls to be quite thin, and some noise transferred between rooms.

The staff were friendly and helpful. They provided assistance quickly. The front desk staff helped me with information on local attractions. They were available 24/7 and ready to solve any problem. I appreciated it.

The staff was professional. The hotel was clean. I found the location good. The beach was calm.
Our room started stink of cigarettes. The reception sent a man who just moved some things around. The manager was rude and defensive. I was unable to sleep or get any rest.

the hotel was clean and well maintained i thought. the location was something i mostly liked. they upgraded my room when i arrived. the service i received helped make my vacay nice.
i struggled to sleep well. the ac went crazy and made buzzing sounds. my neighbors partied at 2-3 am. the bed was not comfortable to me.
