the location was central. the staff was helpful and always wore a smile. the breakfast offered a wide array of choices, and it was served on the top floor, granting a wonderful view of the sea!!!

the wi-fi signal was sometimes a bit weak in the room.

The breakfast had a lovely variety and a nice sea view. the staff were helpful at reception. They answered all my questions. the cleaner kept the room fresh every day. I thought that was great.

the air conditioning in the room was not great. i asked for it to be fixed but it was not. i received no refund for the inconvenience.

i spent a nice few days at this place. the reception staff were quite efficient for check-in. breakfast was a pleasant experience, with various options available daily. room service kept everything tidy, changing towels often. i enjoyed the convenient laundry service too.

Fantastic City Stay!

The staff were very cute at arrival! They assisted with warming baby milk every night with kindness. The triple room was very large and included a perfect bathroom for my family. I especially appreciated the hotel's central location within walking distance to the main square.

The Wi-Fi signal was sometimes weak in our room, slightly difficult to work.

This hotel offers a very good location in the central area. It is just a short walk to Ismetpasha. The hotel is easily accessible from the airport and also on the way to Kemer, with a bus stop conveniently situated right in front.

underperforming air conditioning extra card absence

the reception staffs friendliness was acceptable .

The air conditioning system underperformed. i asked personnel to address it multiple times. the issue persisted throughout the nights. furthermore, there were no extra room cards. Therefore, i could not charge devices while leaving the room.
