I found the staff very friendly. They provided early check-in. The rooms are quiet, clean, and spacious. We were able to walk to the falls and back quite easily! The hotel offers a great selection of rooms and fits well within my budget.
I found the decorative pillow had a slight odor. It was not replaced after reporting it

The hotel location offered an easy walk to many attractions. My room included a useful coffee maker and a small refrigerator. The staff were polite. They quickly addressed a minor issue I reported. I found the on-site parking convenient despite its fee.
The ice machine on my floor did not work, requiring a trip to another level.

the staff provided great service. the location is convenient for accessing nearby restaurants and entertainment venues, a true convenience. i found the room to be spacious exceeding my expectations regarding cleanliness. it felt well kept, a testament to their dedication to comfort
