My room, a standard double room, was very clean. The location was convenient for visiting key sites as I walked to the Peace Park. The staff was helpful. I really liked the free umbrellas I borrowed when it rained.

The hotel gave only one pillow per person. This pillow was not that comfortable, and I would appreciate an extra pillow next time. It was a minor inconvenience.

the location was right in front of a tram stop it was easy to get around. my room had enough space to store all my luggage i appreciated this.

the hotel only provided one thin pillow i would have liked another.
