I found the location really convenient, close to many main attractions. The staff was friendly and spoke English (a plus during my travels). Breakfast featured a good variety of both Japanese and Western options and I was happy. The hotel is near restaurants and the peace museum, a great value for the price.

The bathtub was a little high for me at 6ft, and I almost tripped. It's something to be mindful of for taller guests.

damaged wallpaper

this delay was particularly frustrating during breakfast and checkout. the room felt generally uncared for. i noticed some damaged wallpaper and the carpets seemed like they needed a vacuuming.
