I was charmed by the hotel's central location. It really allowed easy access to everything i wanted to see. the room was spacious and very clean, which i valued. the breakfast was very good and it was nice to order from a menu. i appreciated the refillable water and espresso in my room. housekeeping ensured everything was super clean each day.
I noticed a small stain on one of the towels. This was very slight though and didn't affect my overall stay much. it was just a minor detail in an otherwise superb experience.

I found the location ideal, just a short walk to main attractions. The staff was friendly and efficient. They promptly addressed all our requests, and they were always ready to assist with directions or recommendations. I was charmed by the overall attentiveness of the hotel team. It.
The lack of in-room information was inconvenient. Some reading material would be a welcome addition! more detail about the hospitality tray contents would have enhanced my stay. I think this would have.

The hotel had a fantastic location near the main market street. It was only 200 meters away. Shops and cafes were also nearby. I found the bus stand very close too.
The room lacked proper soundproofing. I could hear noise from neighbors and the hallway. This noise disturbance impacted the overall comfort.
