great base for day trips

the rooms were a great size. the free parking for our hire car was a bonus! the restaurant served a delicious, well-priced dinner. location was convenient, we used the hotel as a base for day trips.
check-in was handled by a staff member, he seemed stressed. he was short and unfriendly. i think more people on the reception desk would help a lot.

the hotel was reasonably priced. this big hotel has a cute atmosphere. the rooms are spacious. i found free parking (access was easy!).
the mattresses were a bit too firm for my taste.

adequate , but some issues need addressing
deactivated keyinsufficient bedding
the room key deactivated daily , which was quite an inconvenience. i had to return to reception each day to get it reset. also , the summer bedding provided was insufficient. i felt a bit cold during the nights without a proper duvet or blanket.
