this place is super close to everything, perfect after flying! the staff greeted me warmly and explained all the breakfast details. i found my room super clean and cozy, the bedding felt so luxurious! muhamed even walked me outside to point out the quickest way to the airport.
i did have a little hiccup regarding parking! i paid for it, but still received a parking ticket for using the drop-off area to unload my bags. i contacted the hotel, and they did help me cancel the ticket.

the room was super clean and very comfy (i loved it!), the bed and bedding were luxurious. i really enjoyed the large shower, it was a delight to use.
i found that the food was overpriced. i was surprised to see i needed to pay £4 for a thimble full of sauce for grilled chicken.

the staff helped me when i asked for a room with a runway view. the room was also very quiet.
i paid for parking and received a parking ticket anyway. the hotel did eventually respond and give instructions for cancelling the ticket but the issue was annoying.
