The location was central. The staff were helpful. The room had a decent size. I got a good night's sleep.
The bed was unbelievably UNCOMFORTABLE. It felt rock solid. I woke up with a sore back. The room generally needed some refurbishment. The furniture looked chipped. Bathroom fittings looked old.

lovely staff dining street
The hotel staff was lovely and check-in was easy. The hotel location is perfect. It is situated on a busy bar and dining street.

Fantastic City Center Stay!
clean room jacuzzi bath drink selection great experience
I was very charmed by the room, it was clean and spacious enough for my needs. The bathroom included a jacuzzi bath and a steam-protected mirror, VERY useful. I found the coffee area provided a nice selection of drinks. Finding my room was quick and easy. A GREAT experience overall!!!
The hard tiled floors throughout the room were quite cold. I noticed only a small rug was near the bed.

friendly staff comfy bed jacuzzi bath loose shower valves missing toilet paper malfunctioning door
The staff were really friendly, check-in was easy. They held my bags as i arrived early. the bed felt very comfy. The room had adequate space. there was also a jacuzzi bath, though it was a very pleasant surprise.
I found the shower valves very loose on the wall. i noticed no toilet paper in the room. It felt a bit frustrating. the door would not close as a cover plate was hanging off.
