bright lightloud fan
my room faced the back of the kitchen! i saw mess and rubbish right outside. it also got a lot of bright light and smoke from staff. the kitchen fan went on at 1 am and was loud. the room needed a good clean.

the car park always had plenty of space i found the room size ideal for a single person the heating was easy to manage in the room i could adjust it easily. the bathroom included soaps and shampoos i used plus there was a hairdryer provided and the bed was comfy.
the wardrobe was sufficient for one person but two people staying per week might find it small

the staff were friendly and helpful. the food in the morning was very good. i had everything i needed, convenient parking and a comfortably sized room. the breakfast was excellent and thoughtfully prepared.
the room had issues with the drainage. it was not very nice. the manager was very apologetic. i was given another room.

the staff was ever so friendly!!! i traveled solo and felt cared for when they noticed i missed a meal and checked on me. the food was amazing and well-priced too.
The bedroom wasn't clean. I found a used tissue under the headboard and quite a bit of dust. the bathroom door didn't close properly, and the shower was practically hanging off the wall, a bit concerning.

the location worked fine for what i needed.
Room 10 was pretty dreadful. It faced the kitchen's back area and dealt with noise, light, and smoke at all hours. I needed a good night's rest but did not get it.
