The Mallard Suite includes two queen pillow-top beds and a futon-sofa sleeper, located on the second floor (not elevator accessible). The Honeybee Suite provides a king pillow-top bed, futon-sofa sleeper, and a whirlpool tub. The Blue Heron Suite includes two queen pillow-top beds, a futon-sofa sleeper, and a wet bar. The Kids Deluxe Suite features a queen pillow-top bed, bunk beds, a futon-sofa sleeper, and a wet bar. The Sandhill Crane Suite offers a king pillow-top bed, a wet bar, a futon-sofa sleeper, and a whirlpool tub. The Honeymoon Suite includes a king pillow-top bed, a futon-sofa sleeper, a wet bar, a whirlpool tub, and a fireplace. The Grand Family Suite has a king pillow-top bed, two futon-sofa sleepers, a fireplace, and a whirlpool tub. Rooms include ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, a sitting area, a terrace, a dining table, and garden furniture. All rooms have free toiletries, an AM/FM alarm clock, a flat-screen TV, and carpeted floors. Also, amenities such as a kitchenette and a living area, cable TV and a spa bath are provided in the suites. Some rooms add a microwave and refrigerator.

Cranberry Country Lodge includes a 12,000 square foot indoor aquatic center with a hot tub and multi-level pools. The aquatic center has a kiddie pool with water features and slides, a large pool for water volleyball and basketball, a water therapy pool, and an oversized whirlpool. The Lodge also features a fitness center and a business center.

Cranberry Country Lodge is in Tomah, Wisconsin, 75 km from La Crosse Municipal Airport. The Lodge is near attractions such as the Tomah Sparta Raceway (4 km), the Warrens Cranberry Festival, Wisconsin Dairyland Super National Tractor Pull, Tomah Farmers Market, Cranberry Country, Amish Country and waterparks. The area features cranberry bogs and marshes, including the oldest cranberry producing marsh in Wisconsin.
