Cedar Crest Inn is located 20 km from Asheville Regional Airport. It is near Biltmore Estate, with the entrance a half-mile away. Downtown Asheville, with restaurants, live music, galleries, and breweries, is one mile up the street. Biltmore Village is a half-mile away. Nearby landmarks include the Southern Highland Craft Guild (0.5 km), and New Morning Gallery (0.5 km).
