The Petoskey Studio has two queen pillow top beds, a 55" television, an expansive kitchenette with a two burner cook top and refrigerator, seating for 4, and a private balcony overlooking East Grand Traverse Bay. The East Bay Suite features a king pillow top bed, a 43" television, a queen sleeper sofa, and another television, as well as an expansive kitchenette with a two burner cook top, refrigerator, and seating for 4. Some suites feature fireplaces, trundle sofas with three twin beds, dining areas, work desks, jacuzzis, and patios. Every room features a balcony with a bay view, ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, a sitting area, a dining table, a patio, soundproofed rooms, garden furniture, complimentary toiletries, an AM/FM alarm clock, a flat-screen TV, and carpeted floors.

A complimentary hot breakfast buffet is served daily. Breakfast options include bagels, bread, danish, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, fruit cups, waffles, cereal, oatmeal, and fresh fruit.
