the staff helped me with a charger adapter right away. their response time was quick. the hotel was neat and clean (which i always appreciate). the mall nearby made getting food easy.

the gym facilities were not great. there could be more equipment for a four-star hotel. i expected more for the price i paid.

The noise from vehicles outside disrupted my sleep. The windows did not provide sufficient soundproofing.
