stone tunnel friendly staff faulty air conditioning unavailable room

the hotel features a stone tunnel to the lift. staff members are friendly and helpful to the guests. i liked the hotel's location which offers great views of the river and the town.

the air conditioning was not working correctly. the room i had booked wasn't available initially, but it became available after i asked about it. the furniture seems older than expected.

The staff was helpful and kind .

The air conditioning in my room did not work well, causing discomfort, i reported it, but nothing was fixed . Breakfast lacked variety. The same options were available each morning (it became quite monotonous after a couple of days).
