My room features well design. The bed were comfortable. The view were nice. I found bedside touch lamps.

I find only one radiator in room. This radiator was very small for the room size and inadequate to heat the full room.

The staff were warm and cute. the bed was huge and comfortable. I slept soundly. the tv had a decent size screen, perfect for winding down. i also liked the mini fridge, it proved very useful for keeping my drinks cold.

i found the selection at breakfast a tiny bit limited, but what was available tasted very good.

the breakfast was good with a lot of choices.

I was given a standard double room, but the tv remote didn't work, i tried new batteries, but it still wouldn't turn on. the bathroom tap dripped all night, it was so loud, it kept me awake. I asked for it to be fixed, but nobody came.

The room was quite spacious, which i found very useful. breakfast was amazing. The fruit selection was excellent. the location was close to shops, so that was helpful.

The rooms seemed a little old, including stained carpets. That was disappointing. the receptionist took a holding deposit, though i did not agree. it took four days for the deposit to return to my account, though.
