the room cleaning was inadequate. i found a dried nasal mucus on the wall and it remained there even after i complained to the front desk. eventually i had to move to another room, causing considerable inconvenience

the hotel breakfast had a lot of variety. i found the staff helpful and understanding when i had a travel mixup. they were able to sort it out for me. the hotel location was also great, close to strawberry arena.

I found no tea and coffee setting in the room. the bed and pillows were not very good. the shower felt too small for me. I would have liked more space.
