In-House Urban Winery

The Winery Hotel is the only urban winery destination hotel in Sweden, producing approximately 10,000 bottles of wine annually. Guests can participate in guided tours of the in-house winery, learning about the winemaking process from grape harvesting in Tuscany to bottling at the hotel. Two signature wines are crafted: Winery Red and Black Bottle Rosé, both available directly to guests at the hotel and to purchase from Systembolaget.

Gallo Nero treats guests to authentic Italian dishes, inspired by Tuscan cuisine, with a welcoming atmosphere. The Winemakers Bar located in the lobby features a selection of wines from the hotel's winery and beyond, perfect for wine enthusiasts. Additionally, Winery Rooftop Bar offers seasonal Italian street food alongside stunning views over Brunnsviken and Arenastaden.
