Stallmästaregården Hotel provides rooms that include ironing facilities, heating, tea and coffee facilities, a mini-bar, a sitting area and soundproofed rooms. Garden furniture is provided, as is a bathtub and free toiletries. An AM/FM alarm clock is included. Each room has a TV and work desk. Guests receive a bathrobe, Nespresso machine, kettle, and digital newspaper upon request. Late check-out is also offered. Larger rooms also include bathrobes. Some rooms overlook the garden and include an in-room safe. The Etage Suite features a French balcony overlooking the garden. There is no space for extra beds. Suites feature a mini-bar, seating area, wardrobe, safe deposit box, and TV.

Guests are welcomed with Champagne and a 3-course menu chosen from the dining room's a la carte menu. The restaurant's menu may include starters such as Toast Skagen with shrimp and blini with bleak roe from Kalix. Main courses may include cod with baked carrots and buckthorn, and spicy roast of deer. The menu features influences from Tore Wretman's traditional kitchen and new Swedish flavors, with an emphasis on organic and local food. The 'Lingon' dessert is a parfait with honeycomb and baked apple cream and lingonberry sorbet.
