the hotel has a beautiful park right next to it. the staff are friendly and give the hotel a warm feel (i found this cute).

the bed was not comfortable at all. the pillows were much too soft, so my sleep quality was not great unfortunately.

The staff displayed really good kindness making my stay nice, i found their willingness to help especially heartwarming. the hotel's location next to the parkland created an tranquil atmosphere, and i enjoyed many serene moments near the water. the breakfast was wonderful with such a variety of choices. It was a good start to each day. i also appreciated the easy access to public transport. Getting to the city center was surprisingly quick.

i found the elevator to be a bit slow, which occasionally caused minor delays, especially during peak hours.

The hotel has available parking . It offers convenience for those arriving by car. a well kept garden surrounds the building and it adds a natural, calming element to the grounds. complimentary wifi is accessible throughout the hotel.

My room included a comfortable seating area and it allowed relaxation. the bathroom featured complimentary toiletries, and these were replenished daily. A nice touch. in-room climate control was present, and this ensures comfort regardless of outside weather.

the hotel is located near Haga Park and this provided access to beautiful walking trails. the bus stop is within a short walking distance, and this facilitates convenient travel. the surrounding area felt safe and secure.

the reception staff offered prompt service and they were always ready to help. housekeeping maintained a high standard of cleanliness, and this added to my comfort. staff members were fluent in several languages and this helped international guests.

the location offered very GOOD breakfast and i had Easy access to the beautiful haga park.

my room was unbearably hot. the staff did not correct this PROBLEM. they told me to use a fan and open the windows, i was woken by the nearby freeway early. this was less than ideal.
