the family queen room non-smoking was quite spacious it included relaxing chairs providing an alternative seating area to the bed the hotel possesses quirky character evident on level 3.5 which i found particularly enjoyable.

i noted the absence of a refrigerator inside the room a larger mirror would have been useful too.

The location was acceptable. I could walk to most places i needed to go.

My 'beautiful queen room non-smoking' room really missed the mark. the water pressure in the shower was practically nonexistent. It was like showering under a leaky faucet. also, one morning the housekeeping skipped my room entirely. I had to call down for fresh towels.

I found the staff super helpful, especially michel at the bar. He really made my evenings great! someone named arnold really showed initiative when things got tricky, i appreciated that a lot. the hotel itself had so much character and the location was really convenient too.

the noise levels were high. clubs across the street played music until 5 am, it made it hard to sleep even with the earplugs provided.
