decent stay NEAR the arena

large selection warm welcome requests fulfillment teen attitude separate bed broken shower
The breakfast offered a large selection of products. The receptionist Milad provided a warm welcome. I also appreciated that he fulfilled all requests .
The staff at reception had what i perceived as a teen attitude. Our booked room with four single beds instead contained two normal beds and two separate beds on wheels. There was also an empty balsam bottle and a broken shower.

convenient location natural light wide array
The location proved very convenient, close to transport links (I did not have any difficulties moving around). The room was clean. Large windows provided ample natural light. Breakfast had a wide array of choices, I was grateful.
The bedside table was a bit small, so there was not enough space for my basic items.

Convenient and Clean Stay!

convenient location large window great view prepared breakfast
The hotel is very close to the train station and shopping center. I was able to easily get to various locations. The room included a large window with a great view of the trains. Breakfast bags were prepared when I had an early departure.
The TV was not a smart TV so I could not watch my shows, though that was not the most important thing.
Service

Communication before check-in was good and staff was helpful. Staff members were friendly even when it was busy, I really appreciated their willingness to assist with any questions I had about the city.
Dining
9/10
The breakfast offered a big variety of food. Many options were available, I was surprised to see so many choices. The assortment included both hot and cold selections along with a variety of beverages.
