the hotel is in karlaplan, that is a very nice area. the staff were very friendly and helpful, and they speak many languages. it was easy because i could walk to the stadion and karlaplan metro stations in just ten minutes. breakfast was excellent, and the breakfast staff was happy to help get hot water for tea.

i was a bit sad the gym was closed . i had checked the website before, and i did not see anything about it being closed.

the hotel is located near public transportation, including the 'stadion' and 'karlaplan' metro stations. this made getting around town very easy and convenient. there were free coffee and 'fika' available all day, a nice treat.

the breakfast included a wide selection of foods. i saw bread, pastries, fruit, yogurt, and hot food. the availability of complimentary coffee and fika throughout the day was a very nice bonus.

my room was good size and very clean. the bed was comfortable, and , made me happy. the lobby and breakfast area were nice with free coffee, tea and biscuits available all day long.

the staff were amazing and super helpful . they allowed me to check-in very early after i arrived by train from lapland. i was able to rest in my room, and that saved my day.

the breakfast area felt too cramped. there wasn't enough space to move around comfortably. the design felt impractical. also, my room lacked air conditioning, VERY BAD in the summer. it made sleeping quite uncomfortable.

The breakfast offered a great variety of options to start the day off right. My room had a comfy bed, ensuring a restful sleep each night. The bathroom was well-appointed and clean (always a plus!). The hotel's proximity to the metro made exploring super easy and convenient.

The room was missing an iron. This caused a slight inconvenience.
