Colona Castle features 5 Full Suites and 3 Bedroom suites. The English Suite includes twin beds (convertible to king), two en-suite bathrooms, a lounge, and a balcony with views of Table Mountain, Sandvlei Lake, and False Bay. The Penthouse Suite offers a king-size bed, a library lounge, a private balcony, and a marble bathroom with views of Constantia, Table Mountain, Sandvlei Lake, False Bay, and the Atlantic Ocean. The Chinese Suite has a king-size four-poster bed, an en-suite bathroom, a lounge, and a balcony with views of Table Mountain and the Cape Peninsula. The Mogul Suite includes twin beds (convertible to king), an en-suite bathroom, a lounge with reclining beds, and a patio with views of Table Mountain, Sandvlei Lake, the Cape Peninsula, and False Bay. The New Suite features a contemporary bathroom, a steam shower, and a private patio with views of Sandvlei Lake, False Bay, and the Atlantic Ocean. The Green Room offers twin beds (convertible to king), an en-suite bathroom, a sunroom, and a balcony overlooking the garden, Sandvlei Lake, and the Atlantic Ocean. The Moroccan Room has a queen-size bed, a sitting area, a dressing area, and a patio with views of Sandvlei Lake and the Peninsula. All rooms have high-quality furnishings, antiques, and art.

Colona Castle creates healthy dishes using organically grown ingredients. CAMISA WATER, pH 7.8, is used throughout the hotel, including in catering and bathrooms; it is produced from a WATERMATE PURIFICATION SYSTEMS.
