the reception upon arrival was friendly and helpful. i found the pool area and loungers to be very nice. the on-site restaurant offered excellent evening meals, and there was another convenient option just across the road. i had easy access to botanical gardens and table mountain.

My room on the first floor overlooked the garden and pool. it was more than i expected. the room was neat, clean, and tidy. The bed dimensions and bathroom size met my expectations.

the staff was very attentive from check-in to departure, and i received a warm welcome from ashley. lisa, the manager, was friendly and helpful during checkout. the service overall created a very nice visit.

this was the best place i have been. the comfort is top, and service is excellent. one of us was sick and they assisted us. service included humour and a smile (a really nice touch!).

the hotel feels a little outdated. i saw some slight signs of wear, like loose tiles around the pool area.
