A balanced experience
large selection beautiful view convenient location noisy room thin walls short bed
The breakfast was amazing! I really enjoyed a large selection. I loved the beautiful view from the pool terrace to the mountains. I also could walk to many places like Kloof Street.
My room was very noisy. I could literally hear my upstairs neighbors very loud. I heard them snoring and plugging in their phone charger. The bed was much too short for me too.

noise level inconsistent staff
the building had beautiful decor.
my room was too close to the reception area. i could hear all the noise from the breakfast buffet and other guests leaving early. the staff also seemed inconsistent.. some were more helpful than others.

I found a few issues that bothered me! The room was quite noisy. I could hear everything from the hallway and other rooms. the breakfast did not impress me that much, it could have been better.

limited breakfast outdated equipment
The staff proved friendly and very helpful.
The breakfast lacked variety. The same items looked every day. No one seemed to address the outdated gym equipment. A treadmill was out of order. The noise from other rooms echoed easily, especially early in the mornings.
