Suites as Private 'Pieds-à-terre'

Labotessa Luxury Boutique Hotel is a 5-star hotel in Cape Town City Centre, located in City Bowl, defined by the mountains of Signal Hill, Lion's Head, Table Mountain and Devil's Peak. The hotel has seven air-conditioned rooms with refrigerators and free minibar items. Rooms include a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and free WiFi. All guestrooms include premium bedding and laptop-friendly workspaces, in addition to air conditioning and free stocked minibars. The rooms feature a private bathroom with a shower. Suites, which feel like your own private pieds à terre in the CBD, always have the option of interconnection, with only two suites per floor. Known as the 'Signature Suite', each 65 square metres suite includes a lounge, stocked mini bar and views of the Square and Signal Hill. The 'Governor Suite' provides direct private elevator access. These 300 square metres suites are set across two floors with two lounge areas, a fully-equipped kitchen, two terraces with mountain views and a private splash pool. Each bedroom offers an en suite bathroom. All are dressed in Farrow & Ball colours, with upholstery from Cape Town's Urban Fabrics and original art from recognised talents such as Rina van Zyl. Suites include ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, mini-bar, a sitting area, a terrace, a dining table, soundproofed rooms, and garden furniture. Each include cookware and kitchen utensils, and an electric kettle.

Labotessa Boutique Hotel features Cafe & Terrace, a restaurant that specializes in local and international cuisine. For inventive Japanese-meets-South African fine dining, FYN by Chef Peter Tempelhoff is available. The hotel was wise to team up with this cult coffee shop from Claremont and wise to invite all persuasions from healthy fruity smoothie bowls to eggs of all savoury flavours, from shakshuka to Benedict. Labotessa's potted-plant corner of the square is a great spot for day-time grazing or evening drinks. Labotessa's kitchen operates from 08h00 until 16h00. Drinks and snacks are available in our Café or on the Terrace all day and every day. Our hotel guests have priority of our Café & Terrace.
