The 85 sqm living room features a Ligne Roset couch, an open fireplace, a Yamaha grand piano, a designer kitchen, views of Camps Bay, a 23-meter sea-facing balcony, and a 15 sqm mountain view terrace. The 20 sqm second bedroom (mountain facing) includes an en-suite bathroom with shower, basin, and toilet, a 50-inch 3D smart TV, and a desk.
