I found the team to be friendly, and they always smiled. Their service was available all day. the location is strategic. the rooms were clean, and the cleaning service occurred daily after i left. the breakfast was great. it had several choices and fresh products.

the sea view suite included a king-size bed and high thread count linens. two separate sinks and a rainfall shower were also there. the room has a mini-fridge stocked with complimentary beverages and snacks daily.

The hotel is a short walk from several restaurants. I saw local beaches were convenient. secure parking on site is available . the area felt safe, and walking around at night was comfortable.

My room, the Mountain View Suite, had amazing views of the mountains. The breakfast service was also very good! The hotel was modern and clean. The caretaker was always available for assistance. This added to my secure feeling.
The pillows were very soft though not comfortable.

The staff was friendly. I appreciate that the rooms were spacious. The hotel offers indoor garage parking, which i consider a plus.
The room was very cold. The heater was small. The big window was very dirty upon arrival. It needed to be cleaned after i asked.

The room wasn't as great as i hoped. The shower pressure was really low. the 'mountain view suite' promised views, but it was mostly of the parking lot, honestly. also, the breakfast selection was pretty limited and seemed like it came from a discount store. i found a hair in my croissant, though, they replaced it after i pointed it out. but that was pretty much the last croissant available.

the atlantic suite offered a view of the mountains and ocean, as promised. the hotel felt warm and cute. each night, my room included a chocolate shaped like africa. the food was really good.
there was no nice sofa in the main guest area, as the photos implied. sunbeds were packed away due to a small amount of wind. the room lacked still water , strange.
