My "Beautiful Suite Private Terrace Sea View Penthouse Suite" had floor-to-ceiling windows. A chilled bottle of sparkling wine with rose petals greeted me upon arrival. The room featured quality furniture.

Charming Getaway with Fine Views

The suite had excellent amenities and a comfortable bed. I was greeted with a lovely welcome note plus some wine. Breakfast was vast and nice. The hotel staff even lent sunscreen from the reception when I needed more for a climb.
The hotel arranged a transfer to Franshoek. I felt the cost was excessive for a relatively short journey in a basic taxi.

The breakfast delivered to the room was acceptable, though I wouldn't call it particularly nice.
The constant noise was an issue. Loud music from nearby kept me awake. It certainly did not result in a peaceful night.

Really good Stay, Lovely Experience!

The staff was cute and friendly. Their service was attentive! I particularly enjoyed the breakfast. The complimentary drinks and canapes in the evening were a thoughtful and nice touch. The hotel features fine views from a perfect location.
The air conditioning did not function perfectly. It really needed some maintenance.

The suite had floor-to-ceiling windows. Those glass doors opened to a private deck. Amazing views of the ocean were visible. The bathroom included quality stone and heated floors. Local luxury toiletries were stocked.

the air conditioning did not work properly in my room. i relied on a fan, but it kept breaking down. the hotel said they would fix the ac, but no one ever came.
