the room was quite small. i noticed the bathroom door did not shut properly (a minor inconvenience, but noticeable). water pressure was also very low in the sink. it took a few minutes to get hot water, a bit annoying.

The staff was professional. The service was friendly and efficient. Santosh was helpful. The location is very central to shopping, the sea, and the park.

The shower was dirty, with visible mould. The bathroom was similarly unclean. The bed bases had some stains. I am seeking a partial refund, as I could not use the bathroom facilities.
