the friendly staff upgraded my room to a double room. i found the room temperature comfortable, despite the unusual weather. the carpets and room were also clean. the hotel location proved central, providing easy access to my intended destination.

the room decor looked somewhat dated with dark walls and mismatched sheets. i noticed some slight staining on the blind.

Mixed Feelings About This Stay

The location was actually quite good. It provided easy access to nearby bus stops, convenient.

The mattress in the room was horrible, I seemed like it was thin and uncomfortable. I could not get a good night's sleep because of it. The bedding had too much perfume and I am allergic.

excellent location and cozy room!

comfortable bed clean room great location

the room was spacious. the bed was comfortable and the room was clean and near to attractions. it was nice to see the tower outside our window at night light up. kettle, tea and coffee were provided. i felt very welcome here.

i wasn't told about cats in the hotel, which would have been useful as i have allergies. the shower was very loud and the bathroom sink was blocked. i didn't see the owner after check in, so i couldn't discuss these issues.
