The staff provided excellent service, they were attentive and helpful. My room upgrade to a lake view was a good surprise. It enhanced the overall experience. The hotel also provided ample parking. This made arrival and departure smooth.

The room had a beautiful lake view from the balcony! The staff was helpful in every way. The design of the room seemed romantic. Cleanliness was apparent throughout the hotel.
The balcony had some spiders, it was a slight issue.
