Fantastic Stay Near the Station

convenient location friendly receptionist rooftop terrace

The location proved convenient. It was directly across from the train station. Joanna at reception was particularly friendly and helpful.. She provided excellent recommendations for local attractions. The breakfast on the rooftop terrace offered both delicious food and amazing views.

The bathroom was a bit small.

The hotel is conveniently located across from the west station. the staff was friendly and helpful . i really liked the rooftop terrace. It offered great views. the breakfast included tasty german sausages (i thought they were great).

The room could use a little updating. It felt a bit dated.

the hotel is directly opposite the interlaken west station. several supermarkets, restaurants, and shops are within easy walking distance. train, bus and boat access is very convenient.

the reception staff was cute and provided helpful advice about sightseeing. some staff members speak english and other languages, this simplifies communication. i found them very attentive to requests.
