the beach was nice. it was very kids friendly with minimal waves and white and pink sand. multiple options for food were available. i liked the coffee bar, fresh smoothies bar, crepes cafe on the beach and fresh coconuts and ceviche parties!

i experienced issues with air conditioning, fridge, and tv. i waited many hours for service techs that often didn't show up. i lost a whole day of vacation just waiting for service calls to get resolved. the ac never got working well (which was frustrating).
