the staff was indeed friendly and helpful. the hotel was clean and orderly.

i had some issues with the room (it was supposed to be a relaxing trip, after all). the ac wasn't working very well and the room always felt a little damp. the television also had limited channels, and i found the reception pretty poor.

I liked the spacious rooms. The beds were very comfortable. the hotel shuttle service was amazing. It was always available when needed to go from the poolside bar to the restaurant bar.

The gym was cramped and seemed unsafe. the door stated it was for over 12s only. equipment was close together and i found random nuts and bolts on the floor. the mini golf course was in poor condition with rips and holes everywhere. Hitting a ball reminded me of a complete lottery.

The resort had three WONDERFUL pools, a nature-like setting, plenty of birds and wildlife, and a great beach.

I experienced a frustrating check-in. The staff member seemed more interested in his phone than assisting us. He failed to explain basic hotel information. Our bracelets did not work, and we had to return to the lobby for recoding. All restaurants were fully booked. Therefore, finding dining availability was difficult.
