The staff provided excellent service. Check-in was very efficient. I especially enjoyed the variety of restaurants. I also liked the location near the beach. The service at the Arena Sport Bar. Freddy made a fantastic bloody mary. I found the hotel easy to navigate.

Most staff members offered great customer service and were willing to assist even with language barriers. The bell boys provided efficient transportation on the buggies. The attendants in general were very friendly which enhanced the overall experience.
