old carpets excessive noise

the breakfast included a full english option that was acceptable.

I was very disappointed with the room. It felt dated. the carpets looked old and worn. plus, i found the room to be excessively noisy.

helpful staff fresh breakfast comfortable area

The staff were helpful from arrival. they carried luggage and ensured parking was available. breakfast was cooked fresh. The slight wait suited me. the outside area was comfortable for drinks.

the room i stayed in felt a little dated, particularly the carpets.

Average stay. A few issues.

impractical bed frame dirty plate

The four-poster bed looked nice in the photos, though its design was impractical. Whenever I moved, the frame would shake, and I'd hit the wall. They put some blocks there to stop the shaking, though they weren't very effective. Breakfast was also disappointing. The juice tasted cheap, and there was no fruit. I got my food served on a dirty plate.

the confirmation message lacked clarity about parking. sat nav led me down a dead end to limited spaces. i was asked to move my car before check-in for another guest this. breakfast was mediocre and had cheap juice. i found a dirty plate.
