the breakfast service was acceptable.

The parking situation was a disaster. staff directed guests to double and triple park, blocking other guests. there weren't even drinking glasses in the bathroom. I found that quite annoying.

i found the room very spacious it included a fridge and two ac units. the hotel's restaurant was conveniently located across from our building. the bus stations were very close by allowing for easy travel through the area.

breakfast was served at a separate hotel which was a short walk away and had no lake view.

Great Location. Convenient Stay

The hotel's location is superb, close to Lake Garda. I found many restaurants nearby. The staff were cute. They helped arrange transport to Verona! and local wineries. Breakfast offered a wide selection and was quite enjoyable. The fridge in the room and daily towel service provided much convenience.

The check-in process was unusual. to get my room key. The room was in a separate building, and the whole situation was slightly confusing.

The hotel is near a bus stop that runs through the area. This made travel very easy. I noticed the hotel restaurant offers pizza, wine and several other meals, which looked delicious.

The staff were very helpful and professional. They offered assistance daily. I saw many dogs. The hotel is pet-friendly! and all the dogs were well-behaved which makes the hotel special.
