The location was central. i loved the underground parking. It was convenient. balconies overlooked a river filled with flowers.
the ac wasn't working, and the reception didn't seem to believe us at first. it took some time for them to acknowledge the issue and call someone to fix it, delaying the process

the breakfast included a wide variety of croissant options. the food selection was superb and wide, including bacon and egg. i found the coffee delicious.

the staff proved helpful and friendly, especially andrea who provided advice on reaching different places. bike storage was sorted out efficiently for us. the reception staff was really friendly!

I LOVED this hotel's location near many restaurants. The front desk staff was SUPER friendly. I HAD a room overlooking the lake, nice. Breakfast was adequate and quite a treat. The room itself had a good size too.
The bright PIR sensor in the room turned ALL the lights on when I got up at night.

The hotel has a central location WITH plenty of restaurants nearby. The beach is only a short ten-minute walk. The ferry terminal is close, and the train station is about ten minutes walking.

The spacious rooms offered a comfortable bed. The decor IS modern in general. Rooms offer fine views of the lake. The rooms WERE clean and well-kept, a MAJOR plus.

Breakfast was REALLY adequate with fresh croissants, it was good. The breakfast area offered a nice view of the canal. There ARE many other places to eat nearby, giving plenty of options.
