complimentary wine relaxing atmosphere helpful staff

I really appreciated the complimentary wine upon arrival. it was a thoughtful touch! the pool area offered a relaxing atmosphere. breakfast was included nearby. The staff there was friendly and very helpful.

the steep hill made carrying luggage challenging. this was a minor inconvenience, but something to consider.

mixed feelings about the stay

broken bathroom door creaky floorboards

the breakfast was good and i felt looked after well enough

the room needed some attention the bathroom door didn't close properly the entrance door only stayed shut if i locked it with a key also there wasn't a mirror in the room i contacted the owner about the problems but i didn't get a response the floorboards near the bed were also very creaky

this hotel is beautiful and different. the design shows so much thought. all the staff are superb, so attentive, and friendly. they worked so well as a team. this.

i found a small stain on one of the towels, but it was swapped out right away when i ask.
