Fantastic Hotel Stay

The staff was amazing and accommodating, especially Christine, Madalina, and Tony helped arrange a pre-wedding celebration after our first venue cancelled. Tony and his bar team stayed late and provided food and drinks , made the evening magical. Many of our wedding guests stayed at the hotel for a week, and it really was like a family. The reception staff was very helpful and organised anything we needed. Breakfast featured variety of options, and daily cleaning was done very well.

The walls between the rooms are thin, so I heard noise from neighboring rooms and the hallway. This.

high noise levelsmissing room cleaning

The noise was at an unacceptable level at all hours. Other guests showed no respect and the hotel did nothing to address it. Cleaners only changed towels and fixed the sheets they did no dusting or sweeping. I found a wrapper on the floor that was there for the entire week I stayed.

The noise level was quite disruptive. I experienced loud music late at night from other guests. The staff did not address this at all.

The pool area was nice and had plenty of sun loungers!!! The poolside drink options were good and cheap. Staff at reception were friendly and helpful. I was able to purchase some excursion tickets there. Breakfast was additional, but it represented very good value for money.

The double bed was two singles pushed together.

Breakfast costs extra but is a very good value. Sunbeds had a fabulous deal. This hotel is excellent, representing great value for money. It is in a convenient location near beaches and town. The hotel presents very clean.
