this hotel impressed me with its cleanliness and well maintained facilities. the gym contained three treadmills and two stationary bikes. i was upgraded to a room with a private pool upon arrival. the breakfast provided various vegan milks and one vegan cheese. i also found two vegan main course options on the room service menu.

the staff were very helpful and attentive to our needs. they promptly took our bags upon arrival and offered welcome drinks. i particularly appreciated the valet service, which parked our car.

breakfast had many varieties, and the food in the restaurants was delicious. the italian restaurant sapori stood out. i must recommend the lobster and crab ravioli. the caccio e pepe with prawns and tiramisu were very good too.

the hotel has an amazing location and offers amazing views of the surrounding area. the spa is a highlight, and i enjoyed the massages. i especially want to thank diana at the spa reception who was kind and helpful.

The location of the resort is good.

Housekeeping missed replacing towels several times and sometimes left dirty dishes. I found a persistent sewage smell around parts of the hotel. Standards of hygiene across the resort were poor.
