poor air conditioning unmade beds

the buffet had good variety at the restaurant. A great touch was the live violin music at the evening in lobby area.

the air conditioning in the room was VERY poor. You couldn't leave it on, so you returned to a stiflingly hot room, REALLY disappointing. the beds weren't made, and sheets weren't changed until i complained. It's not what I expect from a hotel.

limited wardrobe sewage smell

I stayed for several nights. The wardrobe space proved inadequate. Drawers would improve storage. The sewage smell in the room was noticeable. I found it unpleasant. The entertainment location beneath sea view rooms makes no sense. I could hear it until late.

The staff was always smiling. I found the buffet to have much variety, with different flavors each day. THE snacks were fresh and tasty, perfect at any time.

The main pool lacked toilets nearby. I had to go back to my room.

The room was quite spacious for a family. The beds were really comfortable. The pool was nice and big, perfect for swimming.

The cocktails at the beach bar were not good (i actually found them undrinkable). The female staff at that bar were not friendly at all. the restaurant bar had much better cocktails and a friendly barman.

working air conditioning spacious storage fresh towels

the room had air conditioning that worked very well. i appreciated a lot of storage and a fridge in my Family Room Sea View. maids came five times a week and gave me fresh towels.

one of the pool tables was out of use for my whole stay.
