the service was seriously lacking. during my stay, i encountered staff who seemed disinterested and even rude. it, not what i expect from a hotel that claims to be high-end.

The staff provided valet parking which i appreciate. They allowed early check-in. The hotel also provided a takeaway breakfast since I had an early flight. The breakfast spread was delicious with amazing fruits daily.
