What is the best way to travel from Charles de Gaulle Airport to the hotel by train?

Take the RER B to Saint Michel Notre Dame, switch to Metro line 4 towards Bagneux Lucie Aubrac, and disembark at Montparnasse Hall 1-2. From there, catch the TER toward Chartres. Are there secure facilities available for storing bicycles during my stay?
