I encountered issues with noise insulation. Street sounds disrupted sleep. the air conditioning was ineffective, causing discomfort due to warmth. also, the staff seemed reluctant to serve drinks one minute past happy hour, unaccommodating given the absence of other dining options.

The location is unbeatable. I found myself steps away from all the main attractions. My room had necessary amenities. Daily happy hour featured Prosecco and juice which was a treat. I also used the turndown service (this made my evenings so relaxing!).
I noticed a very slight cigarette smoke smell at night.

our room was beautiful. the location was perfect for romantic strolls. a welcome drink upon arrival was so thoughtful. the staff remembered our anniversary. the staff even left a small cake in our room with a kind note. the little details made it special.
the street could be a little noisy early in the morning.
