The hotel serves a buffet breakfast in a ballroom decorated with XIX century frescoes, overlooking the Arno river; breakfast is included in the room cost. A healthy breakfast is available. Room service is available at extra charge between 8 am and 10:30 am. The DISOPRA rooftop bar offers views of the Duomo and Palazzo Vecchio. A light lunch, snacks, pasta, salads, soups, and desserts are served from 12:30 pm to 4:30 pm. The bar features wines, including Chianti from the family vineyard, Ormanni (making wines since 1818), plus aperitifs combining local tastes with drinks, available from 3:30 pm to 11:30 pm. A wine tasting (AperiOrmanni) includes three Chianti wines from the Ormanni wine cellar with finger foods (3:30 pm to 11:30 pm).

The hotel is in a restricted traffic area; the hotel adds car plate numbers to a "white list" to prevent fines. Valet parking is available through an agreement with Florence Parking di Carmosini Andrea for a daily cost of € 25/35, depending on the car size; the garage has insurance.
