charmed by this gem!
prime locationvaried breakfastexcellent barbroken gasket
I was charmed by the prime location near the uffizi gallery. breakfast offered many choices like eggs, pastries, and fruit. the rooftop bar impressed me. It was a great spot. i was especially happy the awning could open during light rain.
i noticed some walls were not clean, and the shower looked basic with a broken gasket. this detail felt a bit out of sync with the otherwise high standard of the hotel. i hope they address this soon to keep everything great.

the staff members were quite friendly and helpful . their responsiveness and willingness to assist added positively to my overall experience at the accommodation. this helped me to feel at ease.

The rooftop bar offers really good views. It is perfect for enjoying drinks. i was impressed that the breakfast room had striking decor. the hotel also provided convenient luggage storage.

the location was pretty good. it put me close to the main attractions.
The room felt a bit outdated. the bed wasn't all that comfortable, either. Not the best way to wake up.

Acceptable Location, Issues with Room Quality
good locationstained carpetfaulty air conditioning
the location is pretty good as a base for exploring.
My "executive double or twin room" felt less executive and more like a place needing a serious refresh. the carpet had some questionable stains, a detail i found less than appealing. the air conditioning was also a puzzle. I adjusted it, but the setting seemed to revert back after a few minutes.
