the staff were helpful at check in. i could drop luggage earlier than check-in. they stored luggage on the day of departure. breakfast was plentiful with many options to choose from.

i stayed five nights. the air conditioning was almost useless. it was unable to adequately cool the room. this made getting good sleep impossible.

Breakfast was included. it was varied, with continental options as well as bacon, sausages and eggs. the dining room staff looked after us very well. They even wrote our names in the coffee.

the room included two windows. one window opened out onto a sun terrace with a table, chairs and sunlounger. the bathroom had marble with a shower in the bath. there were fresh towels and toiletries everyday.

my room faced the back, so i had no river view. the minibar was not stocked beyond two small bottles of water, and they weren't replenished. i found that odd.
